jkpaysys.com is mostly a guide to JKPaySys, the Jammu and Kashmir Government Payment System. The blog also runs guest articles on other subjects, and this page explains how to Send one.
Topics we accept
Recent guest articles have been about dog-bite injury claims and how cooking methods change the nutritional value of potatoes. Other subjects are fine too, as long as an ordinary reader can use what you write. If you know JKPaySys well, pitch us a guide for DDOs or employees.
Guidelines
- Send original work that hasn’t been published anywhere else, including on your own blog.
- Most articles run between 800 and 1,500 words, but write as much as the topic needs.
- Write the way you would explain it to a friend, and skip the sales pitch.
- You can include up to two relevant links in the body of the article, plus one link in your author bio. Use the bio link for your own website or social profile.
- Only send images you have the right to use, and credit them where needed. We may add or replace images.
- Add an author bio of two or three sentences with one link, and a photo if you want one.
- Send the article as a Google Doc or a Word file, or paste it into the body of the email. Headings and short paragraphs make it easier to read.
